Een zorginstelling in de regio zoekt een longverpleegkundige die patiënten ondersteunt bij ademhalingsproblemen. Je voert verantwoordelijkheden uit zoals het geven van inhalatie-instructies en het opstellen van longaanvalplannen. Met een afgeronde HBO-V en twee jaar ervaring in de longzorg, heb je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en empathie. Je werkt vanuit een moderne polikliniek met een focus op coaching en multidisciplinaire samenwerking. Beschikbaarheid voor 16 tot 32 uur per week is nodig.
