As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business development and strengthen relationships within the architecture and design community.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of architectural lighting products and solutions. This is a pivotal role for a motivated sales professional with strong connections in the architecture, lighting, or interior design industries and a passion for design-led products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and increase market share.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the architectural and design community.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and developers.
Present the company’s products and lighting solutions through technical presentations, proposals, and project meetings.
Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and project teams to provide tailored lighting solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client presentations.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the architectural lighting or building materials industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing specification-based sales.
Established network within the architecture and design community.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of lighting systems, controls, and design principles preferred.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and client management skills.
