Een nationale bibliotheek in Den Haag zoekt een klantadviseur. In deze rol beantwoord je vragen van klanten telefonisch en online. Je hebt een afgeronde Mbo-opleiding en minstens 1 jaar ervaring met digitaal klantencontact. Goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels zijn vereist. Je krijgt een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3024,- en €4098,- en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden, inclusief de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken.
