Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for digital aesthetics? Incubeta is looking for a creative Design Intern to join our Northern Europe (NE) and DACH regional team. As a design intern, you won't just be an observer; you will be an influential piece of our creative output, helping brands grow through high-impact visuals

As an integral part of our regional marketing department, you won't just be fetching coffee—you’ll be a valued voice in our strategy sessions. We are looking for a dedicated intern who is eager to dive into market analysis, content creation, and project management.

As a Design Intern, you will play a hands-on role in shaping our regional visual identity:

• Digital Assets: Create and execute visuals for regional newsletters, website updates, and social media blog posts.
• Event Branding: Design collateral for industry events, including digital invitations, signage, and presentation decks.
• Internal Branding: Manage and update regional SharePoint pages and internal documentation to ensure a seamless, professional look.
• Creative Briefing: Work closely with the marketing team to turn professional briefs into high-quality design assets

We are looking for a "self-starter" who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment:

• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a University degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A natural eye for design and the ability to turn research/data into clear, actionable visual reports.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch and German are significant pluses).
• Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multiple design tasks, work to tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
