- Coördineren van leveranciers, onderaannemers en het team op de bouwplaats
- Utilitaire projecten, je zult in de ruwbouwfase starten, logistiek aansturen aan de hand van planning, budget en bestek
- Veel vrijheid en zelfstandigheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen
- Je komt te werken bij één van de grootste bouwbedrijven in Nederland
- Samenwerking met een diverse groep van ambitieuze en doelgerichte collega’s
- Minimaal een mbo-diploma bouwkunde en 5 jaar werkervaring als uitvoerder in utilitaire projecten
- Ervaring als uitvoerder in de ruwbouwfase van een utiltair project.
- In staat zelfstandig te werken aan een mooi project
- Je hebt duurzaamheid hoog ik het vaandel
- Samenwerking tussen jou en je collega’s is belangrijk
- Goede plannings- en organisatorische vaardigheden
