Key duties include:

• Reminding clients to take medication on schedule.
• Assisting with therapy exercises under a Registered Therapist’s guidance.
• Providing personal care such as hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assisting with routine bodily functions.
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment through light housekeeping, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and laundry.
• Offering companionship and stimulation, including reading and walks, and accompanying clients to appointments.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition.
• Repositioning bedridden patients.
• Examining patients for injuries or abnormalities.

Qualifications include:

• Certified Nursing Assistant training completion
• Satisfactory background check and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate desire to care for others
• Reliability, energy, self-motivation, and organization
