Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR, Sales Consultant, Outside Sales

We are the Leaders in Home Improvement.
Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This role is full-time, 100% commission, W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code.
This position offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
This position offers excellent compensation opportunities with pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments. Consumers have already expressed interest, making this a customer-initiated sales process.
