Overview

Advent Health Primary Care Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This role offers a supportive practice environment, broad clinical exposure, and the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance. This model focuses on delivering comprehensive care that includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. • Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek with no weekend office hours
• Minimal call responsibilities with shared holiday rotation

• Malpractice coverage for peace of mind, including tail coverage

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care
• Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach

• Master’s degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred
• Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred

• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
• Active DEA license
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
• BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
