We are a top plumbing and medical gas contractor with over 20 years of experience. We are looking for an experienced Medical Gas/Plumbing Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Florida.

• Oversee all stages of projects, including planning, design, construction, and completion.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Identify, assess, and manage potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to project plans as required.
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure the quality of work and materials meet or exceed industry standards and project specifications.
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on medical gas systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proven experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
