Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – In-Home Lymphedema Care
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Treat patients with chronic lymphedema in their homes. This role is not a traditional home health setting; you’ll provide structured, focused therapy within a proven chronic disease management model. Clinicians receive mentorship, zone-based scheduling, and opportunities to advance through the Clinical Ladder Program.
What You’ll Do- Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under PT supervision
- Follow individualized treatment plans
- Complete documentation using Pariox (extra paid time for point‑of‑care notes)
- Participate in team huddles, training, and ongoing clinical development
- $50–$60/hour
, depending on CLT certification - Non‑treatment rate: $12/hour (driving, documentation, meetings)
- $10K sign‑on bonus for CLT‑certified candidates (2‑year commitment)
- Paid training at 50% treatment rate
- Driving reimbursement based on drive time
- CLT‑certified or eligible
- 1+ year home health experience preferred
