Everfresh Processing Delivery Drivers Supervisor

Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $32.50~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

· Resolve work-related issues, provide guidance to drivers, and recommend measures to improve efficiency and service quality

· Dispatch truck drivers and monitor routes

· Coordinate and schedule delivery drivers’ daily routes and activities to ensure timely and efficient service

· Order and maintain required delivery equipment, vehicle supplies, and related materials to support daily operations

· Train new delivery drivers on company policies, safe driving practices, and customer service standards

· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

· Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and rental arrangements to ensure all delivery vehicles remain safe and operational

· Supervise delivery drivers and oversee daily delivery operations

2-3 years of related experience is required

Education:

Completion of secondary school is required
