• Drive the Pipeline: Engage with prospective students through high-volume outbound outreach (80–150 touchpoints per day). Momentum is your best friend.
• Consultative Enrollment: Conduct 1-on-1 discovery sessions to understand student goals and match them with the right academic programs.
• Event Execution: Represent the college at career fairs and open houses, acting as the "face" of our brand to attract top-tier talent.
• Account Management: Manage the student journey from the initial "hello" to the first day of class, ensuring all documentation and eligibility requirements are met.
• Crush Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment KPIs through effective follow-up and closing strategies.

• The Track Record: 2+ years of success in a high-volume sales environment (B2C, recruitment, or telemarketing).
• The Mindset: You view "no" as "not yet." You are resilient, competitive, and motivated by hitting targets.
• The Voice: A professional, confident phone presence. You can build rapport in seconds and handle objections with ease.
• The Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but your performance history is what we value most.

• Experience in Private Post-Secondary admissions or education sales.
