Overview
The Channel Team Lead for Away From Home will build and execute the selling strategy in assigned Away From Home accounts within a specific channel. Successful candidates will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations.

Total Compensation: $56,700 - $92,400
Responsibilities- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned Food Service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
- Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer information and business trends using Circana data to identify and expand business opportunities
- Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth
- 3+ years of fact-based selling experience
- Post Secondary Education required
- Must have a valid DL and reliable vehicle
- AFH experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Required to have a thorough understanding of the marketplace environment impacting the customer.
- Key skill sets to be successful would include – Strategic Insight, Business Planning, Conflict Management, Savvy Communication, and Influence Management, Finance acumen.
- Strong selling and negotiating skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, an assertive, proactive and analytical approach with a sales background.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Broad based experience in varied disciplines – Sales, Sales Management, Cross-Channel experience.
