Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

• Establish and monitor the store’s objectives, budgets, priorities, and action plans based on organizational needs and customer requirements.
• Provide mobilizing leadership to all team members.
• Apply high customer service standards and act as a role model and coach for employees.
• Implement growth strategies to improve profitability and maximize satisfaction results.
• Oversee all human resources management tasks (recruitment, onboarding, integration, training, performance appraisal management, etc.).
• Ensure that team members possess the appropriate knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge to meet the store’s sales objectives.
• Promote and ensure compliance with company directives, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Sell Doors and Windows products.
• Prepare quotations based on plan readings.
• Follow up on sales and installations of doors and windows.
