About the Role: Store Manager will lead daily operations of a single store to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team growth. The manager will champion a People‑First environment, promote diversity, inclusion, and build life‑time relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales performance, meet or exceed store sales goals and profit margin targets.
- Lead, coach and develop store staff in customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising and inventory control.
- Maintain high customer experience through training, outreach, communication and clear expectations.
- Analyze store performance reports, identify trends, opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Execute corporate plans, initiatives, and maintain store visual compliance and brand standards.
- Manage the schedule, hiring, onboarding, and performance management for store team.
- Collaborate with district manager and other stores to share best practices and resources.
- Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent; retail sales experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of retail sales experience, or 2 years sales experience plus 1 year retail management experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, business systems, and common retail technology.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and support team development.
- Bilingual or multicultural communication skills a plus.
Base salary $58,240 – $72,800 plus commission on sales. Pay rate is determined based on experience and qualifications.
Work ScheduleTypical five‑day, 40‑hour work week during non‑peak periods, with flexibility for opening, closing, and coaching shifts. Hours increase during peak selling periods.
