Parts Picker​/Production Shop Helper

We are looking for a detail-oriented
** Parts Picker/Production Shop Helper
** to support our production team with job allocations, and inventory management.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive and inspect incoming parts/products, match paperwork, and update ERP system.
• Pick, label, and organize parts for jobs and warehouse storage.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with audits.
• Maintain stock of shipping/packaging supplies.
• Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Visual is an asset).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and pick lists.

Your Profile:

• Commits to the corporate values and goals.
• Reliable Transportation.
• High School graduate or GED or equivalent experience.
• Able to do prolong standing.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Manufacturing & electrical experience would be advantageous.’
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required.

Working Hours:

6:30AM to 3:00PM Monday thru Thursday and 6:30AM to 2:10PM on Friday's.

Compensation & Benefits:
Fair market wage bases on skills and experience. Corporate medical and dental plan after 3 months. Vacation, Tool and Boot allowance and Sick Benefits all based on accrued bases after probationary periods.
