Schedule:

Rotation 1 (Days):

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday → 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Every other Saturday → 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Rotation 2 (Nights):

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday → 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Every other Saturday → 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Salary:$46.16/hour

When your actions lead to success:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment (presses, machinery, etc.)

• Perform preventative maintenance (lubrication, inspections, wear checks)

• Support continuous improvement and change initiatives

• Collaborate with production teams, managers, and suppliers

• Participate in safety and communication meetings

• Uphold 5S workplace organization and health & safety standards

• Provide coaching and leadership to peers as needed

When your expertise drives us:

• Red Seal Certification (Industrial Mechanic, Millwright, or Machinist)

• High School diploma or GED

• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (Journeyman level)

• Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• Welding (CWB certified – strong asset)

• Print industry or HVAC experience (asset)

• Safety training:
  Fall Protection, Confined Space, WHMIS

• Valid operator certificates:
  Forklift, Scissor Lift, Genie Boom

• Comfortable with 12-hour rotating continental shifts (day & night)

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
