As Talent Advisors, we will be the liaison between our Craft Public Relations and yourself during this recruitment process. Hi, I’m Laura Brown, Vice President, and I’m leading recruitment for a new Senior Account Manager role here at Craft. I’ve been with the company for nearly two years and can attest that we’ve got a passionate group of humans on the team doing incredible work for our clients.

At Craft, the Senior Account Manager position falls between the Account Manager and Director. The role expects that you’ll manage accounts, including providing strategic oversight and leading hands‑on execution, under the guidance of a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

• Leading paid influencer campaigns, including working with a member of the Senior Leadership Team to develop strategies, identify relevant partners and oversee execution.
• Developing and leading projects and programs designed to drive coverage and conversation from media and influencers.
• Keeping tabs on the details – time and money! – through the management of workback schedules, status reports and budget trackers.
• Developing written materials, including press releases, media advisories, project plans, event overview documents, and program wrap reports.
• Working collaboratively as part of project teams to deliver top quality work.

• You have experience in public relations/communications; agency experience is a plus.
• You have high standards, and you’re always looking for ways to raise the bar.

• Senior Account Manager Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000
