As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:

• Support Workday Financials functional area lead through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Identify key drivers of a defined problem and propose solutions.
• Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of clients’ issues.
• Select the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements.
• Understand the benefits of using state‑of‑the‑art methods and tools and their application on a particular engagement; contribute to continuous development of methods and tools.
• Develop solutions to client problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools; validate solutions with subject‑matter experts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Workday certifications
• 2+ years of experience in the following:
  • MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)
  • Supporting the implementation of Workday Business Assets and Projects for clients
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• SQL basics, ability to write queries for querying, transforming, and validating data
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify reporting gaps and implement SQL‑based solutions
• Change management related to ERP systems or other large enterprise system deployments
• Workday Pro Integration Services Certification
• Financial Data Loading Services Certification
• Workday Pro Extend Services Certification
• Workday Pro Financial Reporting Services Certification
• 1+ year(s) of experience in PL/SQL or T‑SQL, Postgre
  
  SQL or Microsoft SQL Server, Data Quality and/or Data Integrity practice

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
