Position Summary:

The Data Quality Assurance Administrator (DQAA) is responsible for accurately configuring topology data for traffic signals prior to their release. The process includes detail oriented data entry, quality checking, and revision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follows established processes and procedures to ensure topology and phasing data is configured according to Miovision standards
• Collaborates with team members to resolve discrepancies
• Provides feedback to others to improve team quality
• Suggests improvements to existing systems and processes for improved efficiency and quality
• Works with Team Leaders on process improvement projects as directed
• Assists Team Leaders with training new team members
• Assists with fulfilling other Miovision projects as needed
• Work on cross functional teams to produce other deliverables
• Follows instructions and recommends changes
• Provides insight or feedback to another team
• Contribute and adapt to company needs in a fast-paced environment driven by customer needs and rapidly evolving technologies

Skills and

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent
• Post secondary education is an asset
• Driving experience and knowledge of basic traffic laws
• Past experience with data entry, data quality, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting
• Past experience following processes in quality sensitive environments
• Sharepoint or other file storage management experience a plus
• Spatial reasoning
• Clear and concise communication
• Problem solving
• Critical thinking
• Time management
• Humble attitude and willing to learn
