- Design and maintain dimensional data models (star and snowflake schemas) to support analytics, BI, and data products across banking domains such as deposits, loans, payments, cards, risk, and customer analytics.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into logical and physical data models aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to ensure models meet performance, usability, and scalability needs.
- Define and manage facts, dimensions, hierarchies, slowly changing dimensions (SCDs), and conformed dimensions across subject areas.
- Ensure data model alignment with data governance, data quality, lineage, and metadata standards
. - Optimize models for performance in modern data platforms (cloud data warehouses/lakes).
- Support impact analysis, model versioning, and change management for evolving business requirements.
- Review and validate source-to-target mappings and contribute to ETL/ELT design guidance.
