I’m excited to be partnering with a Top 100 Canadian organization to recruit a high-performing Finance Consulting Analyst with deep experience in commercial real estate financing
. This role sits at the heart of complex, high-value transactions and is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing sophisticated deals, managing risk, and working closely with internal partners to structure smart financing solutions.

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the analysis, guidance, and risk management of high-complexity commercial files
, using your financial expertise and business acumen to influence meaningful decisions.

• Analyze complex commercial financing files and formulate clear, well-supported recommendations
• Structure financing packages, including guarantees and follow-up conditions
• Conduct periodic reviews of financing files
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners, teamwork is part of the day-to-day

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong financial and market analysis skills
• Solid understanding of credit risk across commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural markets
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
• Must currently live in Ontario
