Inclusive Learning District On Call Teachers

Delta School District is currently accepting qualified Inclusive Learning District On Call Teachers!

This is a 1.0 FTE contract position with full teacher benefits and is an opportunity to work at several schools throughout the school year.

Qualification Requirements
  • Diploma or Master’s in the area of Inclusive Education preferred OR at least three courses in the following areas:
  • Theoretical foundations of inclusive education
  • Child and youth development and exceptionality such as developmental disability, physical disability, or ASD
  • Inclusive instructional and assessment practices for diverse classrooms
  • Social emotional learning and mental health related learning needs. This may include coursework on trauma informed practice, various aspects of mental health or positive behavioural support.
  • Queens special education part 1 and 2 meets the qualifications for this position.

  • Copy of valid/pending BC Teaching Certificate

Salary is based on TQS category and years of experience, ranging from $62,445 - $109,520 per year.
