May 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027. Boundary Bay Montessori School (BBMS), located in Delta, BC with views of the Cascade Mountains, is seeking an inspired Montessori educator to join our supportive, collaborative, and innovative teaching community.

Since 1990, BBMS has offered authentic Montessori programs from Nido through Upper Elementary. Our school thrives on teamwork, professional excellence, and a shared passion for nurturing children's independence, curiosity, and love of learning.

• ECE or ECEA certification
• Montessori certification (Infant/Toddler and/or Casa)
• Experience in a Montessori setting
• Legally able to work in Canada
• Current Criminal Record Check & First Aid certification

• Create and guide a high-quality Montessori prepared environment for 1-3-year-olds
• Foster a warm, respectful, and developmentally rich community indoors and outdoors
• Communicate effectively with families and maintain required documentation
• Meet Fraser Health's requirements for daycare settings
• Collaborate as a co-guide or assistant in a professional, supportive environment
• Engage in ongoing professional development

• Continuing contract after successful two-year cycle
• Competitive wage starting at $24/hr annually, increasing by education and experience (ECE holders receive an additional $6/hr)
