Position Overview
The Reservations Specialist (French Speaking) is responsible for managing booking inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service to guests planning their travel experience. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers across Canada and internationally, ensuring accurate reservation processing and a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in both English and French
Quote rates, availability, and package options accurately
Process new bookings, changes, and cancellations
Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies
Recommend appropriate options based on customer needs
Manage high inquiry volumes during peak season
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
Experience in hospitality, tourism, travel, hotel, or customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency and familiarity with booking systems
