• Answering phones.
• Filing paperwork.
• Dealing with walk‑in customers.
• Checking orders to ensure that they are correct.
• Calling customers for payments.
• Getting back to customers promptly.
• Constantly communicating with floor workers about new and existing orders.
• Providing assistance and clerical support to the Accounting Department.
