The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in multi-family residential construction, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of current construction practices. This role includes managing field activities, supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and participating in recruitment.

A competitive compensation package ranging from $140,000 to $185,000 is offered, along with bonus programs and excellent health benefits.
