This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Delta, BC, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee, plan, and execute construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating teams, monitoring project progress, expediting resources and materials, performing inspections, and resolving issues to ensure seamless project delivery.

The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

• Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and overseeing timelines and budgets
• Experience in Expediting and familiarity with Expeditor responsibilities
• Proficiency in Inspection and quality assurance practices within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of Logistics Management and resource coordination
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and decision‑making skills under pressure
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Experience in construction‑related software and tools is advantageous
