Hilson is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team on-site in Tsawwassen, BC. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and expediting project timelines, managing logistical activities, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues.

You will be responsible for ensuring that projects align with our company’s core values of professionalism, integrity, and excellence.

• Experience in Project Management, including planning, managing timelines, and budget oversight
• Strong capabilities in Expediting and Expeditor-related responsibilities
• Proficiency in Inspection processes and quality control within construction projects
• Proven expertise in Logistics Management of materials, resources, and schedules
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the commercial and residential construction sectors is an asset
