Prism Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of commercial and industrial building projects from start to finish. This role demands a seasoned professional who can handle complex projects, juggle multiple stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results under pressure. - Direct all phases of assigned projects, from pre‑construction through turnover.
- Control budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining high quality standards.
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and progress claims.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and municipalities.
- Lead and mentor field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers with accountability.
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with Prism's systems and procedures.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and dependable follow‑through.
- Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
- Track record of managing multi‑million dollar projects independently.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and permitting processes in B.C.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/project management software knowledge is an asset.

- Competitive salary $115,000 – $140,000 per year (based on experience)
