Payroll Coordinator (Temporary – 4 Months)

📍 Delta, B.C.

💲 $32 – $35 per hour

Our client in Delta, B.C. is seeking a strong Payroll Coordinator for a 4-month temporary assignment. This is a stable and growing organization operating a group of companies within the transportation and logistics industry.

They are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable payroll professional with experience managing multi-company, multiple payroll cycles, union, and high-volume payroll environments.

• Process accurate and timely payroll for drivers, owner-operators, subcontractors, and office staff (approximately 265 on payroll)
• Maintain payroll records including hours, deductions, benefits, adjustments, and statutory with holdings
• Issue ROEs accurately and on time
• Prepare and file T4s and T4

• Complete year-end payroll filings with CRA and ensure federal/provincial compliance
• Import, reconcile, and validate payroll/time data in ADP Workforce
• Process payroll in ADP Workforce (newly implemented system)
• Review time-tracking and fleet management data for accuracy
• Meet all payroll remittance and reporting deadlines
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and month-end close

• PCP Certification is an asset (not a requirement)
• Proven payroll experience in a similar role
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce and/or Quick Books Desktop
• Experience in trucking or logistics is preferred
• Solid knowledge of payroll compliance and CRA requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
