As a Business Coach and Strategist, you will:

• Install ABOS, the Action
  
  COACH Business Operating Systems
• Diagnose constraints and drive measurable performance improvement
• Lead business owners to increase profit, cash flow, systems, team strength, and valuation
• Build and manage a recurring revenue client portfolio
• Facilitate strategic planning, masterminds, and performance workshops
• Contribute to filling events and driving pipeline growth

You will not simply advise.

You will install systems, enforce execution, and drive transformation.

Within 12 to 18 months, a high‑performing Business Coach at Avid:

• Manages a portfolio approaching $500K to $2M in annual recurring revenue
• Maintains 80 percent or higher client retention
• Drives measurable client profit and system growth
• Contributes to referral generation and masterclass enrollment
• Builds authority within the business community

• Sales, leadership, and management training systems
• Strategic planning models
• Avid Business Operating Software
• Hiring and talent systems
• Proprietary CRM built on Go High Level
• AI-driven performance tools
• Marketing and pipeline systems

You are not building from scratch.

You are installing proven systems and scaling them.

This role is ideal for leaders who:

• Have operated businesses or owned P and L responsibility
• Think commercially and understand revenue mechanics
• Are comfortable holding owners accountable
• Use AI and technology to increase performance
• Want ownership, not just income
• Are coachable, disciplined, and performance‑driven
• 3 to 5 years in consulting, business leadership, ownership or performance roles
• Strong commercial acumen
• Willingness to complete Action
  
  COACH certification

Founder or operator experience is highly valued.
