Responsibilities- Project, sales order and gate sheet creation and update in SAP.
- Update Engine Summary Log and update SAP.
- Prepare and/or verify invoice data and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Highlight discrepancies between invoice materials and Outside Vendor (OV) invoices and compare to Scrap Reports, Shop Visit Reports, SAP and make changes to invoices, while still reflecting discrepancies for Customer Program Manager (CPM) verification.
- Ensure appropriate communication with external and internal customers.
- Representing the customer effectively within MTU and possess an understanding of customer requirements and perspective.
- Presentation preparation for technical meetings.
- Filing (Sales & Customer Support folder).
- Backup for daily status report.
- Organization of meetings and conferences.
- Monitoring Engine Budgets.
- Preparation of customer engine status reports.
- Admin support for CCO and department.
- Advanced knowledge of IT solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative office practices including typing, filing, accounting.
- Basic knowledge of engines/aviation is a asset.
- College diploma or degree in a business related area and 1-2 years experience in accounting, customer sales support, preferably in an aviation environment.
- Education in account bookkeeping, customer sales support and administration is an asset.
- Expert knowledge with MS Office Excel/Word.
- Experience with SAP functions/transactions and system (or similar ERP system) is an asset.
