Accountant - $70K–$80K | Full-Time, In-Office | Surrey, BC

My client, a growing organization in the healthcare services sector, is seeking a hands‑on Accountant to join their Surrey‑based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone enrolled in the CPA program who is looking for strong mentorship, professional growth, and a supportive environment with real work‑life balance.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Support the month‑end close and financial reporting process
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Maintain internal controls and support audits and year‑end reviews
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

• 3–5+ years of corporate or industry accounting experience (BC‑based preferred)
• Enrolled in the CPA Program (or near completion)
• Strong understanding of Canadian GAAP
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is an asset
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills
