You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to deter security‑related concerns, and communicate clearly with property teams.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Operate access control functions including greeting and screening entrants, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests to approved destinations per site procedures.
• Monitor and document access activity using visitor management systems, keys and/or badge logs, and incident reports; notify site contacts of irregularities following escalation guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including assisting with building alarms, access issues, and requests for support from property management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, common areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Must possess a guard card.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
