Security Officer - Part-Time Guest Service

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details and notifying the appropriate contacts per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor and/or vehicle traffic, addressing concerns and escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when needed.;
Complete detailed shift reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
