Security Officer - Controlled Entry Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control entry and exit at designated access points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing individuals to authorized areas.;
Monitor cameras, alarm panels, intercoms, and/or other access control systems, and report irregular activity or maintenance issues to the appropriate contacts.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when needed and completing required notifications.;
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, and communicate security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management.
