Security Officer - Visitor Registration Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by following security procedures and emergency response activities;
Control access to the property by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining access logs, and directing deliveries;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and building systems as assigned, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, documentation, and timely notification to on-site contacts and emergency services;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity
