Security Officer - Part-Time Entry Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate access control functions including greeting and screening entrants, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests to approved destinations per site procedures.;
Monitor and document access activity using visitor management systems, keys and/or badge logs, and incident reports; notify site contacts of irregularities following escalation guidelines.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with building alarms, access issues, and requests for support from property management.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
