Security Officer - Concierge

Position: Security Officer - Full Time Concierge
Allied Universal - Up to $15.92/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying site contacts and/or public services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential and commercial real estate areas, including building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, reporting irregular conditions.;
Control access where assigned by monitoring entry points and checking identification and/or authorization, assisting with visitor management and directing people to the appropriate location.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, using radio and/or phone communications to coordinate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
