We are a B2B conference sales and marketing company specializing in the aviation and aerospace industry. We manage global exhibit sales on behalf of the world’s largest trade show organizer, supporting industry‑leading events across the United States, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia‑Pacific.
Our events are award‑winning and highly regarded by both exhibitors and attendees. In addition to exhibit sales, we manage advertising sales across print, digital, and integrated marketing services.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented, and tech‑savvy Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an entry‑level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales within a dynamic, global industry.
In this role, you will support day‑to‑day sales operations, assist with contract processing, conduct phone‑based account outreach, and contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter, process, and maintain sales contracts
- Make proactive phone calls as part of ongoing customer account management
- Record sales activity, maintain statistics, and enter detailed CRM notes
- Learn and support the use of A to Z Tradeshow Software and Salesforce CRM
- Work with Microsoft Office and sales management tools such as ACT (preferred, not required)
- Support internal calling campaigns through tracking, reporting, and follow‑up coordination
- Assist with the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing team as needed
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging professionally with clients
- Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ACT, or other CRM tools is a plus (not required)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Interest in the aviation or aerospace industry is a plus
