This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Delray Beach, FL. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, leading sales initiatives, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The role involves reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key part in fostering customer satisfaction and achieving business growth.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and engage prospective customers.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure excellent client experiences and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in Account Management to manage client needs and maintain operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns and close sales.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets.
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
