Retail Sales Associate

Salary: $17.00 per hour (dependent on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience). Associates (and their families) are eligible for limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short‑term disability coverage. Eligible associates may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Paid time off up to 152 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays), and paid sick time up to 64 hours per year (unless required by law).

Schedules respect operating hours of 6 am – 10 pm.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; adherence to attendance policy is required.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Capacity to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move throughout the shift.
