Collaborate with a team to deliver the finest produce presentation and teach customers the benefits of fresh produce. Work in a fast‑paced, friendly environment, helping people make healthy choices in one of the fastest growing retailers.

As a Produce Clerk, you will:

• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and preparation.
• Stock the produce department, including presentation, facing, filling and organizing items according to schematics.
• Ensure tag and pricing accuracy.
• Properly stock and rotate merchandise, including trimming, watering and merchandising to guarantee freshness.
• Control inventory to maximize product freshness and availability.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Perform tasks safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Using a knife (other than safety cutters)
• Using a ladder
• Operating garbage or cardboard compactor
• Operating any motor/electronically powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks)
• Working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods of time

• Minimum age 16.
• Dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Respectful of others and committed to Sprouts’ culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitive activities; multi‑task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift, stack and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and operate a utility cart.
• Walk up to 5 mi. in an 8‑hour shift.
• Adherence to all safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
