This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook position based in Delray Beach, FL. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that align with our chef-driven cuisine and uphold IPIC's standards. Key responsibilities include executing recipes, maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas, following food safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

• Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment operation
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow recipes with attention to detail
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred
• Culinary certification or equivalent training is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by the role
