THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a 536-bed Level I Trauma Center named one of "America's 50 Best Hospitals" for five consecutive years. This full-time CRNA position offers $230,000 guaranteed base salary plus call pay, 8 weeks PTO, and diverse case exposure across cardiac, neuro, orthopedics, and trauma.

COMPENSATION - EXCEPTIONAL
- Base salary: $230,000 guaranteed

REQUIREMENTS
- Active Florida APRN/CRNA license (or eligibility)
- NBCRNA certification (or eligibility)
- 1-3+ years ICU/critical care experience
- Advanced airway, central lines, A-lines, ventilator experience
