Training Nurse for Caregivers (low hours) Home Instead - Delray Beach, FL

Home Instead, the world’s leading provider of in-home senior care, is seeking a part time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Training Nurse for newly hired Caregivers . This is a part-time administrative role focused on training and support - there is no direct clinical nursing involved. Expected hours are 2-3 hours per week.

• Facilitate orientation of newly hired CAREGivers on personal care skills (ie, bathing, transfers, vitals, dementia and stroke support)
• May also participate with office staff in partnering with discharge nurses and social workers to ensure smooth "return to home transitions", update client care plans, and provide supplemental training for caregiving staff

• 2-3 hours per week, flexible

• Active Florida RN license
• Excellent teaching, communication, and tech skills
• Passion for working with seniors and supporting caregivers
