Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time

Grand Villa Assisted Living in Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with state and local regulations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure residents’ comfort and safety
• Document resident care accurately and maintain detailed medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies and procedures

• Valid and active LPN license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
