• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic and patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and their families about kidney health, disease management, and treatment options.
• Participate in ongoing clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Florida.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in nephrology or related specialty.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests and formulating differential diagnoses.
