Trauma Program Manager
The Trauma Program Manager, in collaboration with the Director, provides administrative and educational oversight for the Trauma Service program (adult/pediatric). Responsibilities include organizing, developing, directing, and assuring the delivery of cost‑effective, quality patient care. The Manager ensures that patient care is delivered in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures, State/Federal regulations, Joint Commission and ANA standards, and the hospital's code of ethics.
This position has twenty‑four hour accountability to ensure continuity of patient care.

EducationMinimum:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required or related field.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare focus.
Clinical and administrative practice.
- Five (5) years clinical experience in Emergency or Trauma nursing
- Working knowledge of Quality Improvement process and Joint Commission standards
Required:
Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Florida;
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS; TNCC.
Preferred: PALS and ENPC.
